What You’re Going to Do:

As our Community Builder, you’ll design and grow the heartbeat of the Hospitality Accelerator and 7-Star Experience Network.

  • Create and manage online and offline community spaces where hospitality professionals can connect.
  • Curate events (virtual + in-person) that provide actionable value and foster collaboration.
  • Build engagement strategies to ensure members feel seen, heard, and supported.
  • Develop content (newsletters, posts, discussions, interviews) that keeps members inspired and informed.
  • Identify and onboard industry experts, mentors, and partners into the community.
  • Collect feedback and data to continuously improve the community experience.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Grow and manage the community across multiple platforms (Discord, GoHighLevel, LinkedIn, forums, events).
  • Be the first point of contact for members, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Actively moderate discussions to maintain a valuable and respectful environment.
  • Collaborate with the core team to align community initiatives with business goals.
  • Track and report engagement metrics to demonstrate community growth and health.

Bonus If You Have Experience With:

  • Hospitality ecosystem, Hospitality management systems and OTAs (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, etc.)
  • CRM, community platforms, real estate or hospitality sales
  • Property management software (e.g., Guesty, Hostaway, Mews)
  • Startups or fast-paced tech environments
  • Building and managing a community
  • Partnerships or sponsorships in the hospitality or startup ecosystem.
  • Advanced CRM & pipeline management, sales funnels, website builders, surveys & forms, email marketing, sms marketing, booking & appointments, workflow automations, courses & products, call tracking, reputation management, tracking & analytics, communities and document signing.
