What You’re Going to Do:

As our Contracting Expert, you’ll be the backbone of our agreements and partnerships. You will:

  • Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts with property owners, vendors, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, product, and finance teams to support business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline contracting processes and improve efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze contract performance, mitigating risk and maximizing value.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts: creation, execution, renewal, and termination.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth contracting operations.
  • Provide guidance on contractual matters, risk management, and dispute resolution.
  • Track key metrics, deadlines, and compliance requirements.
  • Support strategic initiatives by analyzing market trends and recommending contract structures.
