What You’re Going to Do:

As part of our core team, you will play a key role in our financial operations, strategy, and growth planning. You will:

  • Build financial models to guide decision-making (forecasts, MRR, churn, unit economics, CAC, CLV, runway, hiring plans, etc.)
  • Set up or refine our financial systems, processes, and reporting dashboards
  • Analyze pricing strategies, community memberships, and marketplace revenue streams
  • Support fundraising preparation (pitch deck data, investor reports, due diligence materials)
  • Monitor and optimize cash flow, budgets, and burn vs. growth scenarios
  • Conduct competitor and market research to give financial insight on product & growth decisions
  • Collaborate directly with the founders across strategy, operations, and product monetization
  • Work across both software + community + education business models

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Monthly and quarterly financial reporting
  • Data-driven recommendations for growth investments
  • KPI tracking and management (MRR, ARR, CAC, CLV, NDR, churn, margins)
  • Process improvement across finance and business operations
  • Ensuring compliance, bookkeeping accuracy, and financial hygiene
  • Supporting team hiring plans and compensation frameworks
