What You’re Going to Do:

As a Performance Marketer, you’ll drive measurable growth by planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic campaigns that generate qualified leads and property owner conversions. You’ll work closely with our sales and strategy teams to ensure high-impact marketing that supports our tech-backed services.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Launch and manage paid campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Optimize conversion funnels and landing pages to boost lead generation
  • A/B test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROI
  • Set up performance dashboards and track key metrics (CPA, ROAS, CPL)
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and sales for campaign alignment
  • Analyze marketing data to inform growth decisions and channel investments
  • Manage retargeting strategies and lead nurturing flows
  • Research competitors and stay updated on digital marketing trends
