Revenue Manager

What You’re Going to Do:
As a Revenue Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue across portfolios. You’ll analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal demand to set optimal rates and availability strategies. Your goal is to increase occupancy and revenue per available night (RevPAN) while balancing profitability and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies across multiple booking platforms (Domits, Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Google VR, etc.)
- Monitor market trends, competitor rates, local events, and seasonality to adjust pricing in real-time
- Optimize minimum night stays, cancellation policies, and promotional strategies
- Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews for each property or region
- Collaborate with property onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to align goals
- Set pricing and availability rules in property management systems (e.g., Domits, Guesty, Hostaway) and revenue tools (e.g., Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs, Wheelhouse)
- Produce reports on occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, and other KPIs for leadership and property owners
- Support expansion into new markets with pricing models and forecasting tools
Bonus If You Have Experience With:
- Hospitality systems (Mews, Opera) and short-term rental platforms (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com)
- Dynamic pricing tools: PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond, or similar
- PMS/channel managers: Domits, Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Lodgify, etc.
- Hospitality or hotel revenue management
- Multi-city or international pricing strategy
- Working with both urban and leisure markets
What We Ask:
- 1–5 years of experience in revenue management, pricing analytics, or a similar role
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data and spreadsheets
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and comfort with BI tools or dashboards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to act quickly on insights
- Strong communication skills to explain pricing decisions to internal teams and stakeholders
- Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
- Experience in short-term rental, hospitality, or travel tech is highly preferred

- Monitor cancellation trends and adjust policies if needed
Market & Demand Analysis
- Track competitor pricing and inventory across channels
- Perform demand forecasting using historical and future data
- Segment demand by weekdays, weekends, holiday periods, events
- Understand how lead time, length of stay, and booking channels affect performance
Distribution Management
- Assist in OTA content audits, parity checks, and rate structure integrity
- Ensure inventory is syncing properly across platforms
- Support implementation of new rate plans, packages, and promotions
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Work with marketing to support revenue-generating campaigns
- Coordinate with operations on oversell strategy or peak season planning
- Communicate revenue decisions clearly to property owners or asset managers
Tools Mastery
- Use pricing platforms like Beyond, Wheelhouse, or Duetto
- Analyze performance using dashboards or BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Manage revenue-related automations in PMS/channel managers
Stage 3: Senior Revenue Manager
Strategy Ownership
- Set revenue strategies for a portfolio of properties or a region
- Define pricing and inventory tactics based on segmentation and forecast models
- Lead annual and monthly budget planning for revenue goals
- Own high-level decisions on dynamic pricing, channel mix, and distribution strategy
Advanced Forecasting & Analytics
- Develop long-term demand forecasts and pick-up projections
- Build pricing models for new properties or markets
- Use data science tools or techniques (e.g., regression analysis, predictive modeling)
- Define KPIs for property owners, executive teams, and investors
Leadership & Communication
- Present performance updates and strategy to executives and stakeholders
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts or junior revenue managers

- Optimize channel mix by analyzing OTA, direct, and corporate distribution
