What You’re Going to Do:
As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building and scaling tools and guest/owner-facing platforms that power hospitality and short-term rental businesses. You’ll work closely with product, operations, and design teams to ship clean, maintainable code that drives operational efficiency and a smooth user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Node.js)
- Develop backend APIs and services using serverless or container-based architectures on AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, S3 etc.)
- Optimize systems for scalability, performance, and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on UI/UX features
- Implement integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, OTAs, Payment systems, PMS, CM, RMS)
- Write automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure improvements using tools like GitHub Actions, AWS CDK, or Terraform
- Document architecture and development processes for long-term sustainability

What We Ask:
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in fullstack software engineering
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and a modern frontend framework (React preferred)
- Solid experience with AWS services (especially Lambda, SQL/NoSQL, S3, CloudFront, Cognito)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, async workflows, and event-driven architecture
- Strong understanding of Git, testing best practices, and CI/CD workflows
- Self-motivated, independent, and great at remote communication
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Love for learning, knowing how to ask questions, curious about pattern recognition and creation
