Technical Product Manager / Product Visionary

What You’re Going to Do

You’ll shape the product from two angles: deep technical execution + strategic vision. You will:

  • Define, design, and deliver features that elevate the host and guest experience
  • Translate high-level product vision into detailed technical requirements
  • Work daily with engineering to ensure feasibility, scalability, and performance
  • Explore new opportunities, markets, and product directions
  • Bring forward innovative concepts that strengthen community engagement
  • Own roadmaps that balance immediate value and long-term vision
  • Turn complex challenges into elegant, user-friendly solutions

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery: technical assessments, user research, market analysis
  • Own feature specs, system requirements, API integrations, edge cases, and workflows
  • Collaborate with engineering on architecture decisions, sprint planning, and trade-offs
  • Analyze product performance and define KPIs, experiments, A/B tests
  • Drive alignment between design, engineering, operations, and leadership
  • Prioritize the roadmap through data-driven and vision-driven decision making
  • Advocate for user needs, technical quality, and long-term product health

  • Building marketplaces, community-driven platforms, or SaaS products
  • API integrations, backend workflows, automation tools, or data systems

  • UX/UI principles or collaboration with design teams
  • Scaling products from MVP → growth → maturity
  • ML-driven features, recommendations, or pricing engines (a plus, not required)
