UX/UI Designer & Experience Architect

What You’re Going to Do:
As a UX/UI Designer & Experience Architect, you’ll lead the design and evolution of our digital products, from internal dashboards to guest-facing platforms. You'll focus on crafting intuitive, beautiful interfaces and seamless user journeys that power hospitality businesses at scale. You’ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform complex workflows into simple, delightful digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design end-to-end user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using tools like Figma or Adobe XD
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions
- Map user flows and architect intuitive information hierarchies
- Work with product and engineering to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy
- Develop and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and conversion-optimized design
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, analytics, and evolving business needs
Bonus If You Have Experience With:

- Designing SaaS platforms or internal tools (dashboards, analytics, CMS)
- Working in the short-term rental, travel, or hospitality industry
- Mobile-first or progressive web app (PWA) design
- Data-driven design: heatmaps, funnel analysis, A/B testing
- Localization and multi-language UX
- Proficiency in motion design or microinteractions (Framer, After Effects, Lottie)
What We Ask:
- 1 - 3+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar design tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital product work (web + mobile)
- Deep understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and responsive design
- Familiarity with basic front-end implementation (HTML/CSS, dev handoff)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in remote teams
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
- Bonus: experience building and maintaining a design system
